Job summary

Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital is seeking a proactive field campaign executive to drive community health camps, events, and corporate wellness desks within a 35 km radius of the Chennai clinic. You will manage lead generation, build partnerships with gyms, diagnostics, housing societies and community leaders, and oversee pamphlet drops, standees, and kiosk activations.

Responsibilities

• Camp & Event Execution: Organize and manage society health camps, RWA events, senior citizen group activities, and corporate wellness desks; handle permissions, logistics, and lead capture.
• Lead Generation: Meet weekly/monthly lead targets; ensure accurate data entry and seamless handover to tele-calling teams for appointment booking.
• Local Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with gyms, yoga studios, chemists, diagnostics, housing societies, and community leaders to create recurring engagement opportunities.
• Pamphlet & BTL Operations: Execute area-wise pamphlet drops, standee/poster placements, and kiosk activations; track performance and ROI.
• Territory Mapping: Identify high-potential areas within 35 km of the clinic; create and maintain a structured activity calendar.
• Compliance & Brand: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, patient consent protocols, and medical camp hygiene/SOPs.
• Reporting: Submit Daily Activity Reports (DAR) with leads, cost per lead (CPL), photos, and outcomes; participate in weekly reviews with Marketing & Clinic Ops.
