Snowrelic Inc. in India is seeking a Braze Developer for remote/hybrid work. The role demands expertise in Braze, ExtJS, JavaScript, and a strong retail/e-commerce background to design and optimize omnichannel campaigns.

The candidate will manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, implement Braze automation, develop ExtJS front-ends, integrate data flows via REST/JSON, and collaborate across marketing, product, and operations to boost engagement and KPIs.

• 4+ years of experience configuring and deploying campaigns in Braze (or Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign).
• 2+ years of hands-on front-end development experience using ExtJS (Sencha) and JavaScript.
• Proven background in marketing campaign management, preferably within retail or e-commerce environments.

Responsabilidades

• Campaign Strategy & Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution and optimization across digital channels.
• Braze Automation & Execution: Design, develop, and deploy campaigns using Braze Canvas, Liquid scripting, and dynamic segmentation.
• ExtJS Front-End Development: Build interactive web apps and dashboards to support e-commerce operations and campaign tracking.
• Data Integration & API Management: Integrate data flows between Braze, ExtJS apps, CDPs, CRMs, POS systems, and e-commerce platforms via REST/JSON.
• Analytics & Performance Tuning: Use event data to drive context-aware triggers and measure KPI performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and retail ops to align campaigns with in-store experiences.

Braze Developer - India Remote

Role Summary:

We are seeking a versatile developer with proven experience in retail or e-commerce environments. This hybrid role merges deep technical expertise in marketing automation (Braze), front-end web development (ExtJS), and end-to-end marketing campaign management to design, build, and optimize personalized omnichannel customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from strategic ideation and customer segmentation to execution, monitoring, and optimization across digital channels.
• Braze Automation & Execution: Design, develop, and deploy campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) using Braze Canvas, Liquid scripting, and dynamic segmentation to target specific retail customer segments.
• ExtJS Front-End Development: Architect, build, and maintain interactive web applications, internal marketing dashboards, and user interfaces using the ExtJS framework to support e-commerce operations and campaign tracking.
• Data Integration & API Management: Integrate and maintain data flows between Braze, ExtJS applications, CDPs, CRMs, POS systems, and e-commerce platforms using REST APIs, JSON, and custom event tracking.
• Analytics & Performance Tuning: Utilize event-based data to create context‑aware triggers. Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate A/B tests, footfall conversion, cart abandonment, and customer KPIs (CLV, retention).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and retail operations teams to align digital campaign engagement with in-store experiences and technical front-end capabilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience configuring and deploying campaigns in Braze (or Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign).
  • 2+ years of hands‑on front-end development experience using ExtJS (Sencha) and JavaScript.
  • Proven background in marketing campaign management, preferably within retail or e‑commerce environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ExtJS, JavaScript, Liquid scripting, REST APIs, SQL, JSON data structures, and mobile/web SDK integrations.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical troubleshooting skills, deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, and the ability to bridge the gap between UI development and marketing automation.

Preferred Experience

• Hands‑on experience with Loyalty Programs, Omnichannel Campaigns, and Personalization Engines.
• Exposure to Shopify, Magento, or other major retail e‑commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL tools, and managing large-scale retail datasets.
