You will work across marquee integrated clients at the intersection of creativity and business, maintaining ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced agency setting.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months to 1.5 years of brand/creative agency experience, strong client servicing skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams while meeting tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day account operations, including cross-functional coordination and workflow management
• Decode client feedback and drive projects from brief to final execution with high attention to detail
• Support campaign development, presentations, and delivery across platforms
• Build strong understanding of brand, category, and competitive landscape through market visits and research
• Track estimates, invoicing, and financials (approved/unapproved budgets, outstanding payments)
• Document meetings, maintain project hygiene, and ensure seamless internal communication
• Assist in writing briefs and gradually take ownership of basic brief development
• Contribute to new business pitches (3–4 annually)
• Build dependable client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness
