Executive - Client Account (B2C – Creative & Design)
We are seeking an Executive - Client Account (B2C – Creative & Design) who can effectively bridge the gap between clients and the internal creative team. The role involves understanding client requirements, translating them into clear creative briefs, and ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery of design and creative outputs.
This is a Delhi‑based position and work from office only!
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for B2C clients, understanding their business objectives, brand tone, and design requirements.
- Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for the design and creative teams.
- Collaborate with internal designers and creative leads to ensure client expectations are met in terms of quality and timelines.
- Coordinate project timelines, feedback, and revisions between clients and creative teams efficiently.
- Develop, maintain, and update content and campaign calendars for multiple clients/projects.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and creative trend analysis.
- Prepare creative briefs, references, and concept directions to guide execution.
- Review creative work (designs, visuals, concepts) to ensure alignment with client briefs before sharing for approval.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and feedback records to ensure smooth workflow and accountability.
- Stay aware of B2C market trends, visual storytelling styles, and brand design trends to add value to client discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in marketing, advertising, design or a related field.
- 0.6‑1 year of experience in client servicing, creative coordination, or brand communication (preferably B2C).
Technical / Domain Knowledge
- Digital & Creative Understanding: basics of graphic design, social media formats, digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with design tools: exposure to Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Adobe (not necessarily expert).
- Project‑management tools: experience with Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Google Sheets to track tasks.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and feedback.
- Attention to detail: spot errors in briefs, creatives, or feedback before delivery.
- Problem solving: suggest creative solutions when clients are unclear or unrealistic.
- Collaboration: work well with multiple teams and manage cross‑functional dependencies.
- Adaptability: handle changing client requirements and priorities.
