You will be responsible for building a consistent and compelling brand identity across channels, planning and executing digital campaigns, managing agencies/creative teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring marketing activities contribute to measurable business growth.
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen the MARC brand in the salon and beauty equipment market. This full-time, on-site role based in Manesar includes planning and managing marketing campaigns, overseeing brand messaging across digital and offline channels, and coordinating with sales and product teams to ensure consistent brand positioning. The Brand Manager will analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand growth. Day-to-day tasks include supervising content and creative development, managing external agencies and vendors, monitoring brand performance metrics, and supporting product launches and promotional activities.
The role requires both creative thinking and analytical decision-making - someone who can understand the brand, identify opportunities, create impactful campaigns, and then measure what actually works.
