Meragi Events E-commerce Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Brand Manager to strengthen its brand identity, drive impactful marketing campaigns, and build consumer connections.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of brand management or marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behaviour, marketing campaigns, and brand communication.
• Experience with digital campaigns, social media strategy, and content development.
• Balance of creative thinking and strategic decision-making.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and use data to improve marketing outcomes.

We're looking for a Brand Manager who can strengthen Meragi's brand identity, drive impactful marketing campaigns, and build a strong consumer connect.

What You'll Do

• Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen Meragi's positioning and market presence.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Content & Creative Direction: Drive brand communication, storytelling, and creative development across marketing touchpoints.
• Digital & Social Media: Work closely with the digital and social media teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and strengthen online presence.
• Creative & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality brand campaigns.
• Market Research: Track consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and brand metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in a D2C/B2C business.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behaviour, marketing campaigns, and brand communication.
• Experience working on digital campaigns, social media strategy, and content development.
• A balance of creative thinking and strategic decision-making, with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and use data to improve marketing outcomes.
