N Human Resources & Management Systems is seeking a Brand Director for Ad Sales in a remote IC role. You will lead branded content, display and ad sales marketing initiatives, shaping strategy and executing partnerships to drive revenue across digital platforms.

The role requires leadership strength, a proven track record in media/brand sales on digital platforms, and the ability to mentor the sales team while ensuring on-time delivery of client work.

Qualifications

• Sales orientation: ability to help client visualize brand philosophy through branded content on our sites and to close deals successfully.
• Presentation skills: great visual presentation skills - ability to convert data into visual for effective communication.
• Previous experience in Media/ Brand Sales on a digital platform or digital Media agency.
• Strong leadership abilities and effective organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with existing clients & build new relationships to meet sales quotas.
• Pitch content partnership for long form & short form formats to new & existing brands.

Job Description

• The Director of Branded Content & Digital Sales Marketingwill be a key member responsible for leading Branded Content, Display & Ad Sales Marketing opportunities and executions.
• This individual will play a critical role in orchestrating key branded content, display, and sales marketing opportunities for the sales force along with developing, assisting in the selling and execution of all branded content and digital marketing partnerships
