Kotak Life Insurance – kotak bank is seeking a Manager - Banca Sales (L3) to oversee multiple bank branches and strengthen bancassurance partnerships. The role requires graduation and 2–3 years in life insurance, with bancassurance experience preferred.

Strong communication in English and a regional language is essential to engage bank staff and customers. The incumbent will manage relationships with ROs and RMs, handle walk-in customers and existing bank customers, and ensure service quality
