Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank is seeking a Branch Relationship Executive - Used Car in Maharashtra. Based in Nashik, you will drive branch sales, build a quality loan portfolio, and ensure timely repayments while enabling the sales team to perform at a high level.

You will coordinate with branch channels, monitor productivity, and expand sourcing through UCVD and DOST channels, contributing to overall branch profitability.

Qualifications

• 05-10 years of experience in private banks or large NBFCs.
• Experience in sales and collections is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the branch in terms of sales.
• Build a high quality loan portfolio.
• Track and ensure repayments of disbursed loans.
• Maintain, manage and deliver SO productivity.
• Enable the sales team to high performance and be a team player.
• Build and nurture a capable team to achieve targets.
• Track manpower against capacity plans and drive individual productivity.
• Source new UCVD and DOST channels for alternate sourcing.

Purpose of the role:

• The position has been created to enable clear focus on Sourcing of customers as per company norms and process as well ensure branch profitability and branch portfolio is maintained at a High quality Level

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Branch in terms of Sales.
• Build a high Quality Loan portfolio
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
• Maintain Manage & Deliver SO Productivity
• Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player
• To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
• Track manpower as per capacity plan and ensure individual productivity
• Appointment of new UCVD & DOST channels for alternative sourcing
• PDD to be tracked for loan disbursed
• Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments

Desired Experience:

• Number of years of experience (05-10 Years )
• Type of companies/sector worked for(Private commercial banks and large NBFCs)
• Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Primarily Sales & Collection function. Past experience on the sale s& Collection side of CV.)
