Job summary

Capri Global Capital (CGCL) in India seeks a Branch Operations Officer to manage branch operations for Home Loans and MSME lending in an NBFC setting. You will oversee loan processing, documentation, disbursement, and customer servicing while ensuring compliance and robust operational controls.

You will coordinate with credit, sales, legal and risk teams to drive efficiency, meet TAT targets, maintain portfolio hygiene, and deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in NBFC/Banking operations.
• Exposure to Home Loans, Micro Lap and MSME lending operations.
• Experience in branch operations, loan processing, and customer servicing.

Role & responsibilities

The Branch Operations Officer is responsible to manage the branch operations work for Home Loans and MSME lending business in an NBFC environment. The role ensures smooth loan processing, documentation, disbursement, compliance, customer servicing, operational controls, and coordination with credit, sales, legal, and risk teams. The incumbent drives operational efficiency, TAT adherence, portfolio hygiene, audit readiness, and customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile
