Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tasks assigned by the Operations Department.
• Perform operational activities in line with established organizational processes.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Handle documentation and maintain accurate records following organizational guidelines.
• Ensure all operational documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
• Regularly update records to reflect current data and processes.
• Ensure high quality of data entries and verify accuracy to prevent discrepancies in disbursement dockets.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve data discrepancies promptly.
