Job summary

I SMART FACITECH PRIVATE LIMITED in Mumbai is seeking a Regional Manager to own end-to-end operations in Integrated Facility Management, drive CSI improvements, and ensure client satisfaction.

You will lead the region’s revenue, costs, and P&L, implement policies, oversee Soft and Hard Services, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) is required.
• Strong leadership, client management, compliance, workforce management, and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage all contract terms, conditions, and customer expectations, ensuring complete ownership of operational outcomes.
• Manage the region’s revenue, operational costs, and overall P&L effectively.
• Define, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures across the business.
• Oversee end-to-end operations related to Soft and Hard Services, including onboarding, KYC, attendance, payroll invoicing, payroll slips, and statutory processes (PF/ESIC/UAN).
• Act as the primary interface between clients and ISMART, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and provide regular updates and insights to the management.
• Develop and implement mechanisms to measure and improve the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• Establish standardized performance scorecards covering Quality, Safety, Service Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Prepare monthly operational performance scorecards and submit by the 7th of every month.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective and proactive measures to improve service quality and performance.
• Plan and execute Training & Development initiatives for employees deployed across sites.
• Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to ensure alignment between expectations and service delivery.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and goal-setting discussions with employees reporting to the Regional Manager.
• Implement and manage Reward & Recognition programs for site employees.
• Ensure accurate attendance capture and policy implementation across sites.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• KYC documentation
• Daily and monthly attendance management
• Attendance submission for salary processing and invoicing
• Salary slip issuance
• PF, ESIC, and UAN-related processes
• ESIC card issuance
• Timely delivery of housekeeping materials at sites
• Maintenance of statutory compliance documentation at sites
• Act as the primary interface between clients and ISMART, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.

Preferred Profile

• Candidates must have relevant experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM).
• Strong understanding of facility operations, client management, compliance, workforce management, and P&L ownership.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
