Job summary

MSEFSL is seeking a Branch Manager across Tamil Nadu with 3+ years in stock broking to drive revenue through equity, derivatives, and commodity broking. You will hire and train a capable branch team, activate clients, and organize investor meets to grow the client base.

You will report branch activities to the Business Head, run monthly training on products, risk management and compliance, and ensure policy adherence while leading the sales and brokerage drive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in stock broking industry.
• Strong knowledge of equity, commodity markets and mutual funds.
• Excellent communication for client relationships and negotiating deals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets through broking in Equity, Derivatives, and Commodity.

• 1) The main responsibility of this role is to achieve the Revenue Targets set for the Branch Team, through Broking of - Equity, Derivatives, Commodity.
• 2) Responsibility will also include Hiring and training of the team on Product and Selling Skills.
• 3) Need to improve and maintain the client activity ratio by activating clients across the segments.
• 4) Organizing weekly Investor meets to increase client base.
• 5) Reporting of branch activities to Business Head on Time.
• 6) Monthly training programs for staffs (Product related/ Communication Skills /Risk Management & Compliance) for improving caliber.
• 7) Communicating to employees about the important matters concerning the Company and its Policies
• 8) Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage teams effectively towards achieving sales & Brokerage targets.
• 9) Domain Knowledge of Products like Equity Stock Broking, Mutual Funds.
