Job summary

Indusind Nippon Life Insurance in India is seeking a seasoned Team Manager to lead and grow a 12-member Front Line Sales team at a branch. You will drive branch-level sales through direct marketing channels and work to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals while maintaining high sales quality.

The role requires recruiting, training, coaching, and retaining top performers, conducting regular field visits, and strengthening customer acquisition, retention, and policy renewals.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Life Insurance sales.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Team Manager/Branch Manager handling a sizeable sales team.
• Experience should be exclusively in Life Insurance companies.
• Proven experience in managing direct marketing/direct sales channels.

• Drive branch-level sales and revenue targets through direct marketing channels.
