Job summary

Berkowits Nasik clinic is seeking a Clinic Manager to run the day-to-day operations, lead the clinic team, and ensure top-notch service and patient satisfaction. The role focuses on growing the clinic's revenue while maintaining high standards of care.

You will drive revenue growth, hit monthly targets, manage staff, scheduling, inventory, and SOP compliance, delivering a premium experience across hair and skin services, with a strong emphasis on sales performance and client care.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of total experience, including team handling.
• Sales and client-handling experience in a hair, skin or aesthetic clinic.
• A good record of meeting monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full clinic team: consultants, doctors, technicians and front desk.
• Hold a short team meeting every morning and set daily goals.
• Help the clinic achieve targets, including monthly revenue and new-client targets.
• Give consultations for hair and skin services and close treatment packages.
• Make sure every service is safe, clean and on time, as per Berkowits SOPs.
• Solve client complaints quickly and politely.
• Track daily sales, appointments and follow-up calls, and share reports with the Cluster Manager.
• Train and guide your team, and manage attendance, stock and clinic upkeep.

Salary: ₹6 Lakh to ₹8 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (Science or Aesthetics background preferred)

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

• Experience with clinic software or CRM tools.
