Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics in Mumbai seeks a Branch/Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, drive clinic revenue, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

You will supervise client consultations across skin and hair treatments, mentor staff, monitor appointments and billing, and deliver regular MIS to senior management while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Good English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in in-house sales, consultation, and business development.
• Background in Skin, Hair, Laser, or Aesthetic treatments preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Any Graduate; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end clinic operations and client flow.
• Lead daily Morning Briefings and coach staff.
• Drive clinic revenue through consultations and cross-sell.
• Monitor appointments, billing, and service delivery.

Position: Branch / Clinic Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Client Handling & Consultation
• Conduct professional consultations for clients on skin and hair-related concerns.
• Diagnose Client Needs And Suggest Appropriate Treatments Including:
• Hair Loss Control & Hair Growth Treatments
• Laser Hair Growth Therapy
• Mesotherapy, Derma Roller, and PRP for Hair
• Chemical Peels, Pigmentation Treatments, PRP f or skin
• Q-Switched Laser Treatments, CIT Procedures
• Counsel clients regarding surgical Hair Transplant procedures and Hair Replacement solutions.
• Manage end-to-end consultation flow and ensure high conversion rates.
• Conduct follow-ups to track patient progress, satisfaction, and treatment results.
• Training will be provided for smooth onboarding and understanding of the processes.
• Clinic Operations Management - Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and client-focused service.
• Monitor and ensure accurate appointment scheduling, billing, and service delivery.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Maintain hygiene, equipment functionality, and clinic ambiance.
• Handle escalations, operational disruptions, or urgent issues (internet, electricity, equipment failure, staffing gaps).
• Team Leadership & Performance Management - Conduct daily Morning Briefing Meetings as per company guidelines.
• Train and mentor team members across roles (Front Desk, Technicians, Counsellors, Doctors).
• Ensure attendance and participation in training programs.
• Identify high performers and underperformers, recommend corrective actions, promotions, or appreciation.
• Enhance team motivation, professionalism, and productivity.
• Sales, Revenue & Business Development - Drive clinic revenue through effective consultations and service recommendations.
• Analyze sales reports, prepare daily MIS, and review weekly MIS submitted by team members.
• Ensure achievement of monthly revenue targets and overall clinic growth.
• Promote cross-sales, reactivation of dormant clients, and new client acquisitions.
• Monitor client engagement calls including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and unconverted leads.
• Compliance & Policy Adherence - Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, the Operational Audit Manual, and standardized processes.
• Educate the team regularly about updated company policies on attendance, leaves, KRAs, KPIs, incentives, etc.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and prevent stock-outs.

Who Can Apply

• Good in English with strong communication skills.
• Background in Skin, Hair, Laser, or Aesthetic treatments is preferred.
• Experience in in-house sales, consultation, and business development is mandatory.
• Strong consultation skills across all aesthetic treatments.

Salary - 6 to 7.5 LPA

Experience - 2 To 4 Years

Education - Any Graduate (Science/Aesthetics background preferred but not mandatory), MBA (Equivalent)

Office Timings

6 days working per week

No weekly off on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday

Working Hours: 9:45 AM - 7:00 PM
