Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Oversee sales teams to achieve targets, provide guidance on product knowledge, and resolve customer complaints.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance market share.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field (preferably from BFSI industry).
• Strong background in Branch Handling, Team Handling, Heading Branch, Branch Banking, Retail Liabilities & Assets.
• Proven track record of achieving business objectives through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
