Job summary

Headcounts Hr is seeking a seasoned professional to lead branch operations in Meghalaya, India. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining security to hit targets.

The ideal candidate will manage daily branch activities, implement revenue growth strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders across the BFSI sector.

Qualifications

• 10-20 years of experience in retail banking or related field (preferably from BFSI industry).
• Strong understanding of branch handling, branch operations, CASA, retail liabilities, and retail sales.
• Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and teamwork.
