Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in India is seeking a Branch Manager for the Retail Liabilities vertical. You will drive business growth, oversee deposit generation, and deliver exceptional customer service while managing a high-performing team.

You will be accountable for branch profitability, compliance, and day-to-day operations, and you will lead cross-selling of mutual funds, insurance, and other products, shaping strategy with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive enhancement of the deposit pool from existing and new customers.
• Ensure high standards of customer service delivery across all touchpoints.
• Promote and achieve cross-selling targets for non-deposit products.
• Lead sales initiatives for Mutual Funds and Insurance products.
• Generate fee-based income through strategic product offerings.
• Oversee branch administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Foster a productive and motivated branch team environment.
• Take ownership of the branch’s Profit & Loss and break-even performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for product innovation and marketing initiatives.
