BharatHire.Com Private Limited is seeking a senior leader to head all branches within the geography and drive revenue growth. You will manage Area Managers, Cluster Heads, Branch Managers and relationship managers across multiple locations, ensuring compliant operations and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires proven track record with large private banks and a strong capability to lead large branch networks, with emphasis on strategic planning and performance management.

Qualifications

• Should be either in similar role or a very senior Area Manager managing large bank base.
• Very Senior BMs of very Large Branches may also be considered.
• Proven Track Record with Large Pvt Banks.
