Responsibilities

• Maintain regular & continuous relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Identify market trends to aid innovation and meet customer needs via up-sell/cross-sell of products.
• Initiate, implement/coordinate and participate in marketing for achieving the above.
• Achieve customer delight through efficient customer service; retain existing customers and acquire new continuously.
• Achieve branch targets and ensure profitability of the unit.
• Field visits for marketing/collection activities as per branch requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
• Ensure operational adherence as per Manual of Instructions and policies.
• Mitigation & prevention of risk by early detection of fraud and upholding organization values.
• Recovery of receivables to protect revenue flow and customer interests.
• Maintain branch books of accounts and liaison with authorities for compliance.
• Role under Audit & Gold Inspection; focus on profitability of the branch.
• Provide training and mentoring to the team; encourage knowledge sharing.

Branch Manager Key Job Responsibilities

Customer Championship

• Maintain regular & continuous relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Constant study of market and identify market trends to - aid innovation and/or to meet the need(s) of customers by up-sell/cross sell of products.
• Initiate, implement/coordinate and participate in marketing for achieving the above.
• Achieve customer delight through e?cient customer service. Retain existing customers and acquire new continuously.

Product - Process Championship

• Achieve branch targets and ensure pro?tability of the unit (branch).
• Will involve in Field Visits for Marketing / Collection activities basis to branch requirements
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
• Ensure operational adherence as per Manual of Instructions and laid down policies and practices.

Mitigation & Prevention of Risk (material & people) by early and timely detection of fraud(s) and up-hold the vision & values of the Organization and goodwill of customers.

• Recovery of receivables: To ensure organization’s revenue ?ow and protect customer’s long-term interest by regular monitoring and follow up. Should adhere to the operation protocols mandated by the organization.
• E?cient maintenance of branch books of accounts, documents and statutory records and upkeep of branch premises and physical Assets. Liaison and coordination with statutory authorities and/or external agencies and ensure compliance adherence, rule of Law.
• Role will come under the purview of Audit & Gold Inspection.
• Should focus on branch profitability & ensure that assigned branch is profitable

People Championship

• Ensure proper handholding and timely/continues training of the team.
• Encourage acquiring and sharing of knowledge by team members and proactively participate in knowledge sharing for the development of business and career progression of team.
