Job summary

The Kopargaon Peoples Co-op.bank Ltd in Maharashtra seeks an experienced branch leader to manage overall branch operations, drive deposits and advances, supervise loan appraisal and disbursement, and ensure RBI compliance and strong internal controls.

You will lead staff, monitor performance, build customer relationships, manage audits and recoveries, oversee cash management and fraud prevention, and report branch profitability to head office.

Qualifications

• Candidate shall be Graduate /Post Graduate from recognized University. Preferably with Qualification in banking / Co-operative Banking such as CAIIB, JAIIB, Diploma in Banking and Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations and administration.
• Achieve deposit, advances and business development targets.
• Supervise loan appraisal, disbursement, monitoring and recovery.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms and bank policies.
• Monitor overdue loans, NPA accounts and recovery proceedings.
• Maintain effective customer relationships and resolve grievances.
• Supervise cash management, internal controls and fraud prevention.
• Ensure audit compliance and timely rectification of audit objections.
• Lead branch staff and monitor their performance.
• Monitor branch profitability and submit periodic reports to the head office.
