Job summary

Vedantu Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the operations, academics, and business performance of our education center. You will lead a team of staff, ensure quality learning experiences, and drive growth.

You will coordinate with faculty and administrative teams to deliver programs, monitor compliance, and report performance metrics to regional leadership, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and student satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the branch including infrastructure, staff, logistics, and administration.
• Ensure smooth delivery of academic programs and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor center hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to ensure timely class delivery and student satisfaction
• Address student/parent concerns, feedback, and grievances professionally
• Conduct periodic reviews of academic performance and suggest improvements
• Achieve branch targets related to admissions, revenue, and student retention
• Conduct local marketing, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities
• Convert leads to enrollments through effective counseling and follow-up
• Hire, train, and supervise staff including counselors, admin staff, and faculty (if required).
• Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch goals
• Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training session
• Maintain and analyze branch performance data - admissions, revenue, student feedback,
• Send regular reports to the regional or central office
• Take corrective actions based on business performance metrics.
