Job summary

Vrinda Global invites applications for a Branch Sales & Revenue role in Goa, India. You will drive revenue for liability, wealth management and fee products, acquire and retain high-quality customers for Retail TD and CASA, and deepen relationships through cross-selling.

You will oversee operating profit budgets, manage branch budgets and targets by product type, monitor analytics, and publish MIS. The role requires strong sales focus and a customer-centric approach to growth.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Revenue Responsibility for Liability, Wealth Management and All Fee products for the Branch
• To acquire high quality customers Retail TD & CASA
• To constantly endeavor to improve existing customer relationships and involve in Sales to deepen the same
• Sales and Revenue responsibility of 3rd party products e.g. Investment Services and Insurance
• Delivery of Operating Profit Budgets for the Branch through revenue and cost management
• Distribute & track Branch Budgets & Targets on monthly/quarterly/annual bases and also by product types.
• Customer acquisition, retention, deepening, cross-selling
• Complaint Management
• Monitor business analytics & publish MIS thereof.
