Job Purpose

To lead the Bhopal branch for Prime LAP business, drive business growth, manage the sales team, develop the local market, and ensure quality sourcing and achievement of branch targets. The role requires strong experience in LAP sales, channel management, customer acquisition, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Prime LAP business and achieve monthly/annual disbursement and sourcing targets.
• Develop the Bhopal market through open market sourcing, DSAs, connectors, builders, property consultants, and other channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the branch customer base.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and branch targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, builders, and other market influencers.
• Ensure quality sourcing by understanding customer profiles, property details, income, and repayment capacity.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Collections teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
• Monitor the sales funnel from lead generation to login, sanction, and disbursement.
• Ensure portfolio quality by following company credit policies and compliance guidelines.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Track team performance, pipeline, productivity, and branch profitability.
• Ensure proper customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
