Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance is seeking a Branch Manager in North India to spearhead Health insurance agency sales from the Jalandhar region. You will oversee recruitment, activation, productivity and engagement of agency partners, ensuring targets are met across locations.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, handling 6–8 Agency Managers, and delivering annual top and bottom-line results within a Permanent, on-site setup.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in branch management.
Experience in Health insurance sales is preferred.

To drive the key agency matrix and uniformed practices across locations

Driving renewals as per target
