Job summary

MedPlus in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage the diagnostic branch's day-to-day activities. You will drive revenue and profitability while ensuring timely sample collection, processing, and report delivery.

This role requires coordinating with doctors, technicians, and support teams to maintain smooth operations. You will lead and motivate the branch team to improve productivity, monitor patient experience, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the diagnostic branch.
• Drive branch revenue, profitability, and business growth.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the branch team to improve productivity.
• Monitor patient/customer experience and ensure high service standards.
• Ensure timely sample collection, processing, and report delivery as per TAT.
• Monitor branch KPIs, productivity and operational performance.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, phlebotomists, and support teams.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
