The Manager will be responsible for managing branch or laboratory operations, team coordination, business performance, customer service, reporting, and operational compliance. This requires leadership, communication skills, process management, and ability to coordinate with lab, sales, logistics, and customer support teams. The candidate will ensure smooth operations, quality service, and target-focused performance.

• Manage daily branch, center, or laboratory operations.
• Coordinate with laboratory, accessioning, logistics, customer care, and sales teams.
• Monitor sample flow, report timelines, customer queries, and service quality.
• Supervise staff performance, attendance, discipline, and duty allocation.
• Track operational targets, business performance, and service improvement actions.
• Handle escalations related to samples, reports, customers, or partner centers.
• Maintain branch records, MIS reports, operational trackers, and documentation.
• Support business development, client coordination, and referral relationship activities.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate inventory, consumables, equipment, and facility requirements.
• Prepare daily and monthly performance reports for senior management.
