Job summary

Vistaar Finance is hiring a Branch Manager in Dewas to lead branch operations, drive sales targets, and expand the customer base. You will oversee a team, implement marketing plans, and ensure portfolio quality and profitability aligned with company strategy.

The role requires driving initiatives, mentoring staff, and coordinating with risk, marketing, and support functions to optimize performance across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Owing and meeting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory, expand customer base.

• Owing and meeting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory, expand customer base
• Drive new initiatives like sales process reengineering, digitisation etc. Drive core skillsets enhancement across CROs and BMs.
• Leading and directing team to ensure that they achieve their Business Goals in accordance with Organizational Strategy (Portfolio Size, Quality, Revenues and Profit for the financial Year). Liaise with other stake holders on the implementation of Companys strategic and operational plans.
• Portfolio management along with the risk team to identify areas of stress and undertake preventive and corrective measures. Product Profitability across segments
• Drive branches to the required level of productivity, while maintaining portfolio quality as per metrics. Make Vistaars brand visible in the catchment areas
• Ensure Efficient and Effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the Marketing Department
• Cost Management - Tracking cost lines - Salary, Incentives, LOC, sales management, direct and channel sourcing
