Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Industrial Sales/Bearings/Engineering Products/MRO.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Experience in team handling and branch management.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch sales, operations, and business development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve branch sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and support team.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the Head Office, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Handle key customers and resolve customer-related issues effectively.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch.
