Job summary

Itvedant in Bengaluru is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee end-to-end branch operations, drive revenue, admissions, and learner outcomes. You will lead batch performance, ensure adherence to standards, and drive profitability while maintaining high service levels.

You will coordinate with the placement team to secure learner placements and alumni referrals, manage day-to-day operations, and mentor a growing team in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Own branch revenue, P&L, admissions, conversions, and learner experience while driving operational efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee the admission process, learner onboarding, and batch allocation to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor batch performance, attendance, engagement, academic outcomes, and learner satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the placement team to support learner placements and build strong alumni relationships for retention and referrals.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations, compliance, infrastructure, and team performance while resolving learner and employee concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in any discipline with strong business acumen and a brief understanding of branch operations.
• Strong understanding of P&L, revenue, and cost management, with experience in driving admissions, business growth, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
