We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service at the branch level. The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving financial targets, maintaining compliance, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all day-to-day branch operations

Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff to achieve performance goals

Develop and implement strategies to increase business growth and profitability

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Monitor branch financial performance, budgets, and expenses

Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and local partners

Review sales reports, MIS, and operational metrics regularly
