• Develop the team and reduce attrition to enable future leadership growth.

• 2. Comprehensive market scoping & mapping in designated geography of segmented annuity vertical.
• 3. Ensure competitive presence and market share dominance in every opportunity leading to closure within the geography of segmented (Govt / State / Defence/ Paramilitary / Police & Central Autonomous Bodies) verticals.
• 4. Ensure team develops a strong funnel of potential opportunities, at all times, to meet monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual targets.
• 5. Relationship management with new and existing clients as well as with multiple intermediaries.
• 6. Interact with Govt / State / Defence / Paramilitary / Police & Central Autonomous Bodies & internally with operations, HR, Actuarial and other related departments to seamlessly achieve business objectives.
• 7. Ensure compliance and implementation of company policies
• 8. Develop team & control attrition for potential growth intoleadership roles in the future.
