Job summary

Brick Yard Realty Pvt. Ltd. in Pune is seeking an experienced Branch Head to lead our real estate sales unit, drive revenue, and strengthen market presence. You will manage a sales team, develop strategies, monitor pipelines, and close deals.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership in real estate sales, a strong Pune market understanding, and a track record of meeting targets through mentoring and performance coaching. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Real Estate Sales and Business Development.
• Previous experience as a Branch Head, Sales Manager, or in a similar leadership role preferred.
• Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and growth.
• Monitor leads, client follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and deal closures.
• Guide team in client handling, negotiations, and closing property deals.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and improve the performance of sales professionals.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
