Job summary

Lavya Associates HR Services in Gurugram is seeking a sales‑driven professional to drive growth through mutual funds distribution. The role focuses on managing a team, achieving sales targets, expanding the branch's market share, and developing distributor relationships within the assigned territory.

You will oversee branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, provide timely information on schemes, and deliver reports to management.

• Managing and monitoring team members to boost productivity.
• Achieving sales targets and growing branch market share.
• Maximising business in assigned territory through distribution channels (IFAs, Banks, PSU, ND).
• Expanding and activating untapped and potential channel partners.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with retail clients to drive high business volume.
• Developing new distributor relationships at the branch.
• Activating distributor relationships with timely info on schemes and industry updates.
• Ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance across the branch and with partners.
• Facilitating smooth branch operations including imprest, admin, and client servicing standards.
• Providing relevant reports to management for the assigned territory.
