Job summary

Lavya Associates HR Services is seeking an experienced sales/branch manager for a Mutual Funds role. You will lead and monitor a team to boost productivity, achieve targets, and grow the branch’s market share through effective distribution channels.

The position involves expanding distributor relationships with IFAs, banks, PSUs and NDAs, activating partners, maintaining client service standards, and providing timely reports while ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth branch operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in mutual funds sales or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to lead and monitor a sales team for productivity.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Maximising business in allotted territory through distribution channel (IFAs, Banks, PSU and NDs).
• Empanding and activation of untapped and potential Channel Partners.
• Developing and maintaining relationship with retail clients, providing information and ensuring high volume of business from clients in assigned territory.
• Developing new distributor relationships at branch.
• Activation of such distributor relationships by providing timely and relevant info on schemes and the industry etc.
• Ensuring that all regulations and statutory compliances are complied with Assist channel partners to adhere to compliances.
• Facilitate smooth operations of the branch including branch imprest, administration, operations and client servicing standards.
• Providing relevant reports to management for assigned territory.
