Bank Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a bank branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for business growth, customer service, team management, operational efficiency, compliance, and achievement of branch targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall operations of the bank branch.
• Drive branch business growth through deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and other banking products.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business and revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff to achieve individual and team targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Monitor branch sales performance and implement strategies to improve business.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, internal banking policies, KYC/AML requirements, and audit standards.
• Monitor cash management, documentation, transactions, and other operational activities.
• Identify business opportunities within the local market and develop customer acquisition strategies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance and training to team members.
• Coordinate with regional/zonal offices regarding branch operations and business objectives.
• Ensure proper risk management and maintain high standards of operational control.
• Prepare and submit required branch reports and performance updates.

Required Qualifications
