Job summary

Dhani Loans and Services (DLSL) in India seeks an experienced Branch Head to drive growth and profitability across our brokerage business. Location options include Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad, with a focus on revenue through Equity, F&O, and Commodities.

You will lead and motivate Relationship Managers, build strong client relationships, and ensure targets are met through effective sales strategies and cross-selling of offerings.

Qualifications

• Candidates must currently generate revenue through brokerage.
• Experience in Equity, F&O, and/or Commodities broking is essential.
• Branch Head experience in stock broking or financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve targets for brokerage revenue, new client acquisition, and overall branch profitability.
• Generate business through Equity, Futures & Options (F&O), Commodities, and other products.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve targets.
• Hire and build a high-performing team of Relationship Managers.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
• Identify and acquire new clients and drive business through sales initiatives.
• Monitor branch performance, sales productivity, revenue generation, and targets.
• Ensure cross-selling of products and services and take ownership of overall growth.

Branch Head

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Branch Head / to drive business growth, brokerage revenue, client acquisition, and branch profitability. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the broking industry and must be currently handling revenue generation through brokerage products such as Equity, F&O, and Commodities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve targets for brokerage revenue, new client acquisition, and overall branch profitability.
• Generate business through Equity, Futures & Options (F&O), Commodities, and other products offered by the organization.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve business targets.
• Hire and build a high-performing team of Relationship Managers.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high client retention.
• Identify and acquire new clients and drive business through effective sales and relationship-building initiatives.
• Monitor branch performance, sales productivity, revenue generation, and achievement of business targets.
• Ensure effective utilization and cross-selling of various products and services offered by the company.
• Take ownership of the branch's overall business growth and profitability.

Skills-

• Candidates must be currently involved in revenue generation through brokerage.
• Relevant experience in Equity, F&O, and/or Commodities broking is essential.
• Candidates without current brokerage-revenue-generation responsibility should not be considered.
• Strong experience in team handling, client acquisition, and revenue generation is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Branch Head in a stock broking or financial services organization will be an advantage.
