• JCB OEM management: manage the dealer relationship and ensure standards.
• Sales leadership: lead high-value equipment sales, financing, leasing, and trade-ins.

Job Title: Branch General Manager (Heavy Equipment Dealership)

Location: Paramaribo, Suriname

Salary: USD 2,000 per month (USD 24,000 per annum), approximately 1.74 lakh per month (20.88 lakh per annum).

Key Responsibilities

• P&L Management: Drive branch revenue, profitability, budgets, and cost control.
• Aftermarket Growth: Maximize Parts & Service revenue to achieve 100% absorption of fixed overheads.
• Inventory & Rental: Optimize equipment inventory turnover, rental fleet mix, and utilization.
• JCB OEM Management: Manage the relationship with JCB, ensuring compliance with dealer standards, training, and marketing.
• Sales Leadership: Lead high-value equipment sales, financing, leasing, and trade-in negotiations.
• Market Expansion: Grow JCB market share across construction, agriculture, and industrial sectors.
• Service & Parts: Improve technician productivity, workshop efficiency, parts availability, and inventory turnover.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing Sales, Service, Parts, and Admin teams.
• Customer Management: Build strong relationships with key accounts and resolve critical customer issues.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of progressive management experience within a heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, or commercial truck dealership.
• OEM Knowledge: Direct experience working with a major heavy equipment manufacturer (e.g., JCB, CAT, Komatsu, John Deere).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Construction Management, Mechanical/Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Leadership: Strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams (sales, mechanics, parts specialists).
