Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank seeks a Branch Credit Manager for North Zone. Based at a designated branch, you will appraise loan applications, support sales teams, ensure complete documentation before disbursal, and drive audit compliance across branches.

Role requires coordination with Field operations and adherence to credit policy; focus on timely PDD completion for disbursed loans and overall risk management.

Qualifications

• Appraise loan applications per credit policy (NCV, UCV & Used Car) at threshold levels.
• Support the sales team to achieve objectives through collaboration.
• Ensure complete files before disbursement as per FTR; train the team.
• Audit compliance across branches (process orientation).
• Complete PDD on time for loans disbursed.
