Job summary

Chola in Tamil Nadu seeks a Branch Sales Leader to drive branch sales and ensure achievement of targets across three product lines. You will manage and lead Field Sales Executives and Team Leads to meet targets and generate leads.

The role requires developing and managing key customer and dealer relationships through regular face-to-face interactions, coordinating with Credit and Collections, staffing, and optimal utilization of branch sales resources.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch sales and ensure achievement of branch targets, both volume and rate, across all three product lines
• Manage and lead the Field Sales Executives and Team Leads at the branch in achieving targets and generating leads
• Develop and manage key customer and dealer relationships through regular face to face interactions
• Enable smooth functioning of branch operations through coordination with Credit and Collections team
• Responsible for staffing and optimal utilization of resources in the branch sales team
