Growbiva International is seeking a Customer Care Executive (CCE) for E-commerce outbound upselling in Kolkata. The role involves contacting customers who added products to cart, explaining offers and EMI options, and guiding them to complete the purchase.

This day-shift position offers fixed hours from 10 AM to 7 PM with a 6-day work week plus a rotational off. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome, with incentives based on performance.

Salary + Incentives

• Freshers: 17,000 CTC | 13,700 In-hand
• 1+ Year Experience: 19,000 CTC | 15,500 In-hand
• Incentives: Up to 20,000/month
