Job summary

Wsne Consulting is seeking Customer Service Executives to engage with global clients from Gurugram. The role focuses on explaining products, handling calls and emails, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers, resolving queries, and building long-term relationships. Night shifts and rotational hours are required, with 5 days a week and transport facilities provided.

Qualifications
