Job summary

Ligne Roset in Mumbai is seeking a Boutique Manager to oversee end-to-end store operations, ensure adherence to brand SOPs, and maintain a consistently high standard of customer experience.

You will lead the boutique team in inventory, reporting, compliance, store presentation, recruitment and training, and coordinate promotions from an operational standpoint.

Excellent communication and multi-lingual skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
• 5+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably luxury/premium retail.
• Experience managing store-level operations, inventory, compliance and reporting.
• Strong people management skills with experience leading boutique teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with multi-lingual proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all store operations, ensuring adherence to defined KPIs for staff costs, discounts, and other Opex items.
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience at all points of engagement by maintaining defined service level standards.
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and training of boutique personnel to ensure operational readiness.
• Providing timely and accurate reports to the corporate retail operations team as per defined cadence.
• Managing shift rosters, and ensuring all shift-related reports and documentation are completed accurately.
• Overseeing collection of payments across all modes (cash and digital), ensuring proper reconciliation, transfer, and reporting.
• Conducting periodical physical stock inventory, placing replenishment orders, and verifying deliveries for conformity.
• Executing stock and sample audits in the showroom as per the defined schedule.
• Ensuring 100% adherence to brand SOPs across all store processes.
• Maintaining Visual Merchandising standards, housekeeping, and hygiene at the boutique.
• Supporting execution of promotional activities from an operational standpoint (setup, compliance, coordination).

• 57 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury or premium retail segment.
• Demonstrated experience managing store-level operations, inventory, compliance, and reporting.
• Strong people management skills with experience leading and training boutique/store teams.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with multi-lingual expertise.
