Job summary

Soccer International, Inc. is seeking a skilled supervisor to oversee shoe bottom production activities at our facility in India.

You will ensure proper fitting, pasting, pressing, and attachment of soles to uppers, while meeting daily targets and maintaining quality. The role requires experience in shoe manufacturing, knowledge of sole pasting and finishing, and strong leadership to manage workers and report production metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in shoe manufacturing, especially sole or bottom-line operations.
• Knowledge of shoe-bottom pasting, pressing, sole attachment, and finishing processes.
• Ability to manage workers and achieve production targets.
• Knowledge of quality control and production reporting.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all shoe bottom production activities.

• Maintain daily production reports, attendance, rejection records, and material consumption.
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.
• Troubleshoot production problems and report major issues to the Production Manager.
