Responsibilities

• Inspect footwear for quality, workmanship, finishing, and appearance.
• Check uppers, soles, stitching, bonding, fitting, and construction.
• Identify defects such as stitching issues, glue marks, colour variations, wrinkles, scratches, sole defects, and size discrepancies.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and final inspections.
• Ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain inspection records and report defects to the production team.
• Coordinate with production, sampling, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurring defects.
