Job summary

KRIDHA INDUSTRIES PVT LTD is seeking a hands-on production professional to lead a shoe sole manufacturing unit in Delhi. You will oversee daily operations, supervise workers, coordinate EVA/TPU/Phylon processes and ensure on-time production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong planning, organizational and communication skills, with experience in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in footwear manufacturing or shoe sole production is preferred.
• Knowledge of EVA, TPR, TPU or Phylon sole manufacturing is an advantage.
• Experience in production planning, worker supervision, inventory control and quality management.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily production reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities in a shoe sole manufacturing unit.
• Supervise production workers and ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Coordinate production processes involving EVA, TPR, TPU and Phylon soles.
• Monitor raw material consumption, material issuance, stock availability and wastage.
• Coordinate with machine operators to ensure smooth production and minimize downtime.
• Maintain daily production reports, worker attendance, material consumption records and rejection reports.
• Monitor product quality, including colour consistency, moulding defects, finishing and dimensional accuracy.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Coordinate with the quality, stores, maintenance and dispatch teams to ensure timely order completion.
• Track pending orders, production schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and raw materials.
• Maintain workplace discipline, cleanliness and compliance with factory safety procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in footwear manufacturing, shoe sole manufacturing or plastic/rubber injection moulding will be preferred.
• Knowledge of EVA, TPR, TPU or Phylon sole manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Experience in production planning, worker supervision, inventory control and quality management.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily production reporting.
• Ability to manage shop-floor operations, solve production issues and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with practical factory-floor experience and a hands-on approach are preferred.
• ITI, Diploma or Graduate qualification in Production, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred. Relevant manufacturing experience may also be considered.
