Naturade Foods in India invites a certified boiler operator to manage daily operation of a 2 Ton solid-fuel Thermaxx boiler, ensuring steam requirements are met safely. Ideal candidate will have a mechanical outlook and willingness to learn operations and maintenance of other machinery such as compressors, condensers, RO plant, and electrical systems.
Candidates must understand boiler systems, safety procedures, regulatory compliance, and be able to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance.
Primary responsibility of the certified boiler operator will be daily operation of 2 Ton solid fuel fired Thermaxx boiler as per steam requirement and in a safe manner. Ideal candidate also need to have mechanical and operational outlook and willing to learn operations and maintenance of other machineries like compressors, condensers, pressure systems, RO plant, Electrical operations and such.
Candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of boiler systems, compressor and condenser systems including their operation, maintenance, safety procedures and troubleshooting techniques. This knowledge typically includes familiarity with different types of boilers, boiler controls, pressure systems handling, water treatment, fuel systems, and relevant regulations.
Strong technical skills are essential for a certified boiler and machinery operator. This
includes the ability to operate and control boiler systems, compressors, condensers, perform routine maintenance and repairs, and identify and address potential issues or malfunctions.
Boiler and machinery operator must prioritise safety and have a thorough understanding of safety protocols and procedures. This includes knowledge of emergency shutdown procedures, handling hazardous materials, and maintaining a safe working environment.
