The Opportunity

As a Boeing 737NG Captain with AFCOM HOLDINGS, you will command cargo flights across a dynamic network, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and on-time performance.

• Lead safe, compliant B737NG cargo operations across domestic and international routes.
• Exercise sound judgment in all phases of flight, from preflight planning to post-flight review.
• Collaborate with flight crew, dispatch, and ground teams to optimize payload, fuel, and routing.
• Uphold company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and a robust safety culture.
• Champion professionalism, CRM, and continuous improvement within the flight deck.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time.
• Valid ATPL.
• Type rating on Boeing 737NG with at least 100 hours on type.
• Last flight on type within the last 3 years.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Indian passport (validation required).
• Current flying licenses; all licenses and medical must be current and valid.

Preferred Experience

• Proven cargo/freighter operations experience.
• Familiarity with international procedures, performance planning, and high-tempo operations.
