Job summary

Akkodis Bengaluru is seeking a Body in White Designer/Engineer to work on Body Structure, Doors, and Closures. The role covers BiW parts and assemblies designed for tooling and production readiness, including deep drawing components and joining technologies.

Basic exposure to Daimler Template Method and SMARGD concepts is expected to align with client projects. Candidate will contribute to feasibility studies and engage with engineering clients to translate requirements into manufacturable

Responsibilities

• Design Body in White parts and assemblies (tool oriented / production ready).
• Ensure deep drawing parts are designed to production standards.
• Apply Daimler Template Method and SMARAGD concepts where relevant.
• Collaborate with engineering clients to understand requirements and constraints.
